To verify that you are the person you claim to be PingPong requires a two-step verification process.
First, a mobile verification as you sign up and later an email verification after you signed up.
Step 2: Add Your Platform
Once you are logged into our system, the next step is to add your e-commerce platform information. Click on ‘Add Platform’ at the top right corner. Select the marketplace you wish to receive payments from, Amazon, NewEgg, Wish, Cdiscount, Shopee, and more.
Account Type:
- Select “No Amazon Store Yet”– If you are a seller looking to expand to a new marketplace.
- Select “Have An Amazon Store Already” If you are a seller and is already selling to that marketplace.

Step 3: View Account
You can view your bank account information under Platform Manager
Step 4: Account Verification
PingPong will need to verify your e-commerce business. Business documents are needed depending on the type of registration you chose. After submitting you’re all your documents, PingPong’s compliance team will notify you within 24 Hours.
After verification is complete, you can add a beneficiary bank account to receive funds into the bank account at your home country when you withdraw.
